Privilege Appart Hotel Clement Ader - Historic building in Toulouse

Location

The Appart Hôtel Clément Ader sits in the very heart of Toulouse, a picturesque city known as “la ville rose” (the pink town) for the pinkish hue of the bricks in many buildings. Its history goes back to Roman times, and there are wonderful monuments and museums to visit. Nowadays it is a centre for the aerospace industry, and visitors can explore space and aerospace theme parks. We are well served by public transport and near the mainline station, with our own car park. So getting around is no problem.

The art museum is housed in the Musée des Augustins, a former convent, and the modern art museum, Musée des Abattoirs, used to be the city’s abattoirs. There is also plenty for space and aviation enthusiasts – the Cité de l’Espace, the Musée Aeroscopia or a guided visit at Airbus. You can also explore the beautiful Canal du Midi, also a UNESCO World Heritage site.
